I stayed for 4 nights alone, The instructions for check in were extremely helpful and the apartment was exactly as pictured, The kitchen was well-stocked, the bathroom was clean and had a nice shower with some toiletries provided, The WiFi was also great, My only minor complaints are that the air conditioning is actually just fans, not a real AC unit (which was a problem for me as the weather was very hot during my stay), Also, there was no kind of bin other than the small one in the bathroom, although bin bags were provided, However, considering the price I paid, this was an excellent find in a handy location and I would be happy to stay again,

I have visited many places in Paris and I really like this one, It is charming, modern, in a very good location, and very clean, We stayed here as a family of 4, it was cozy but comfortable, There are only a few steps to the unit, very convenient, It provides shampoo and soap, but you will need to bring your own conditioner, dishwasher, or laundry detergent if you plan to use those appliances, The key was in a lockbox, so no waiting was required, In the management app, when it's time to log in for your reservation, there is an option for early check-in for $50, which I found reasonable and effective, I would definitely stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt in Paris war wirklich schön, Der Check-in war super erklärt und auch flexibel, Viele Restaurants und Cafés waren zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie die Metro, Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut, anfangs hatten wir kein WLAN, aber nach einer kurzen Nachricht haben wir schnell die richtigen Zugangsdaten erhalten, Bezüglich der Sauberkeit: die Betten und alles Oberflächliche waren sauber, Einziger Kritikpunkt: es war ziemlich staubig und der Boden war nicht richtig geputzt worden, Nicht so schön bei einer Hausstauballergie, Aber sonst war alles prima!

As a family of 4, our two boys (9 and 12) were perfectly fine with sharing the sofa bed, which is suitable for a couple, Initially, the bedroom seemed a bit small with no space to walk at the foot of the bed, but after our tour guide compared the square meters of his entire apartment to those of a painting, he assured us that it was a completely normal size for Paris, The room, and the whole place, definitely met our needs, The flat has plenty of storage space, including large drawers under the bed, a built-in wardrobe with lots of hangers, plenty of fresh white towels, bedding, toiletries, toilet paper, an iron, a washer/dryer, 3 large fans, and all the kitchen equipment you could need (cutlery, plates, pans, a bottle opener, a toaster, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, trash bags, etc,) to make our stay truly comfortable and convenient,,, and even though we were out all day, the kids really enjoyed having Netflix, The cleanliness was excellent, the door-lock system was very easy to use and saved us from worrying about a key, and the place felt safe and secure, Despite the lack of a view - only facing the windows of the building opposite - the location is the perfect starting point to explore and enjoy Paris, It's an easy walk to Rue S, Martin and Pl de la Republique, with plenty of Metro stations and taxis nearby, as well as various local businesses that we highly recommend! We had excellent communication with both the owner and the management company throughout our stay! We highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely keep it on our list of favorites for next time!
